I’m Monica Von and I know what it feels like to want to create more and let go of holding back when it comes to speaking up and going after what you really want in life.

It is not only unbelievably frustrating to not be able to say what you want, when you want, and how you want to say it.

I bet you’re a bit like me,

you’ve not only struggled with knowing what to say and how to say it, but you also know the pain that comes from the silence of holding back, especially when you have the right answers, solutions, or ideas.

Maybe you’ve even wondered if there was a way to know what to say or how to say it so that you can speak confidently to achieve your goals, manifest your dreams, and fulfill your biggest desires.

Maybe you’ve wondered if there was a way to learn how to communicate so that you can speak fluidly and with authenticity… wherever you are, whatever you’re doing.

As a woman in business, I know you want to be seen, heard, and understood both in the workplace and at home. And I believe it’s wrong that so many women feel so stifled in their everyday situations.

I want you to know that I get it.

It is my mission to empower women to use communication as a tool for accomplishing their aspirations and achieving their ambitions.

I’ve helped women (just like you) overcome their fears around speaking and communicating.

These women have experienced massive success in their personal and work lives and I’m ready to show you how you can experience this success too!

I didn’t start out this way, though.

It’s hard to believe now, but I was once a very shy and awkward person.

I decided I didn’t want to live that way anymore.

I chose, instead, to become a confident and powerful communicator because I knew what I had to say was important.

I knew that I was the only one holding myself back from becoming an influential leader, speaker, and successful business woman.

I became a successful entrepreneur, businesswoman, and eventually the director of eWomenNetwork.

I also held a high-end job in the Las Vegas hospitality industry where I was able to really utilize my body language skills in a high-volume, high-intensity, face-to-face environment.

So I dove into studying human behavior and body language because I wanted to have an edge in communication and to understand people on a different level.

Through learning about how humans interact with each other, I overcame my communication fears and transformed into a confident and fearless leader.

Now, I feel confident talking to anyone at any time, anywhere because I have the skills to navigate any situation and interaction.

As women, it can be uncomfortable for us to communicate with others in a clear and confident way, but learning these skills doesn’t have to be hard.

As a NLP practitioner and body language expert, I have combined emotional, social and physical intelligence along with my many years of face-to-face hospitality experience to give you proven tools and techniques to be able to face any situation or interaction with confidence.
